From quotation to commissioning — how shipping & delivery works.
Buying a spa or hydrotherapy system is a bigger commitment than a typical online order, so we keep the process transparent at every step. Here is exactly what happens after you order.
Consultation & quotation
We discuss your space, budget and timeline, then send a written quotation covering the unit, delivery and installation costs — no hidden fees added later.
Order processing
Once your deposit or payment is confirmed, we allocate stock and quality-check the unit. In-stock units are typically delivered within 7–14 business days; made-to-order units take longer, with a written timeline confirmed upfront.
Nationwide delivery
We deliver to all nine provinces of South Africa from Kimberley. We confirm your delivery date and window in advance, and notify you again once the unit is on its way.
Installation & commissioning
Where installation is included, our team handles placement, plumbing, electrical connection and commissioning on-site, then walks you through basic operation and water care before leaving.
