Where we deliver
We deliver and install nationwide, across all nine provinces of South Africa. Our team is based in Kimberley, Northern Cape, with installation partners covering the rest of the country.
Processing time — before it ships
Once your order is confirmed (invoice issued and deposit or payment received), we begin processing within 1–3 business days. This covers stock allocation, quality-checking the unit, and scheduling a delivery slot with you.
Delivery lead times
In-stock units: typically delivered within 7–14 business days of order confirmation, depending on your location.
Made-to-order or imported units: lead times are longer and depend on the manufacturer and shipping schedule. We confirm a specific, written estimate on your quotation before you commit — never a vague promise.
Delays do happen occasionally (customs, courier network disruptions, manufacturing backlogs). If your order is going to be later than the estimate we gave you, we contact you proactively — we do not wait for you to ask.
Delivery cost
Standard delivery cost depends on distance from our dispatch point and the size/weight of the unit. Crane or specialist-access costs (for difficult site access, upper floors, or tight spaces) depend on site conditions. All delivery and access costs are confirmed in writing on your quotation before you pay — there are no hidden delivery fees added after the fact.
Tracking and communication
We confirm your delivery date and a delivery window by phone or email in advance. On dispatch, we notify you again with the expected arrival day. If you need to check on an order in transit, email sales@spawellnesstreatment.co.za or call 021 007 3672 with your order number.
On delivery day
Please ensure clear, safe access to the installation point — our team will confirm exactly what's needed (doorway widths, stairs, outdoor access) ahead of time. On arrival, our team places the unit and, where installation is included in your order, completes plumbing, electrical connection and commissioning.
Inspect the unit on arrival wherever possible and note any visible transport damage on the delivery paperwork before signing — this makes a damage claim faster to resolve (see our Return Policy for the full process if anything arrives damaged or incorrect).
After installation
Once commissioned, our team walks you through basic operation and water-care guidance before leaving. Ongoing servicing and warranty support are covered in our Warranty Policy.
